Each program participant will workout in class 4x per week, log their food, get 60 minutes outside per week, and complete a weekly check in with their coach. The participant who is the most consistent with hitting those four factors....WINS. We are keeping the prize secret, but well worth it.
No way! We provide workout solutions for all ages, abilities, and circumstances.
That’s exactly who this program is for. Each workout is just 60 minutes, and we’ll also give you simple nutrition strategies that fit into your lifestyle. You’ll get structure and accountability without spending hours in the gym or kitchen.
Much more! We incorporate nutrition coaching, accountability, and community as well. There is a fully designed plan to help you learn, apply, and stay on track for years to come.
Everyone’s journey is different, but most people notice better energy, improved strength, weight loss, and more confidence by the end of the challenge. More importantly, you’ll leave with the tools and habits to keep making progress long after the 6 weeks are over. To be more specific, our goal is decrease body fat & develop a consistent fitness routine to establish long term muscle growth & cardiovascular adaptations.
A combination of functional fitness approaches. With a blend of CrossFit and Sweat programs, this will incorporate cardiovascular stamina, resistance training, and bodyweight exercise.
